Using the modular principle, BLANCO MANHATTAN adapts to your requirements and needs. You’ll find the right model and equipment for every functional area. The top surfaces of the modules can be individually designed and thus matched to the respective ambience.

Difficult spaces are no problem with 3 different standard module lengths (1200 mm, 1550 mm and 1900 mm), the corner modules and an individually adaptable plain module. The low module depth of 700 mm, space-saving module connectors and stands shifted very far forward ensure a lot of free space for the employees.

  • For 3x, 4x or 5x GN 1/1-200
  • Wells can be heated wet or dry
  • With sizes 3x GN 1/1: Underframe open on server side
  • With sizes 4x and 5x GN 1/1: Hinged-door cabinet with convection heated compartments for 4 GN 1/1 containers each.
  • Installation compartment with electrical connection and drainage cock for all wells
  • Operating panel with On/Off switch, temperature control and indicator lamps

Manhattan fronts The module fronts can be designed according to your requirements. Available in Resopal in all colours, wood veneer, natural stone or stainless steel.
HAVE YOUR CHOICE FOR SLIDING
MANHATTAN tray slides The fold-down tray slides can be made of
stainless-steel round tube or synthetic-coated plywood.
VARIABLE TOP SURFACE
MANHATTAN top surface
All work areas are made of hygienic stainless steel as standard. But elegant granite of differing varieties is also possible – take your pick!
MOBILE OR FIXED
Castors or feet
All modules except for the corner modules come with 4 steering castors (2 of which have brakes) as standard. Instead of castors, they can also be delivered with feet and a skirting panel.
