The highlight of the food distribution trolleys with a closed underframe is the SAG 2-THK. The all-rounder offers everything that belongs in a complete, mobile food distribution station, and all in the smallest of spaces. The SAG models are part of the BLANCO INMOTION system for food distribution. All products of the BLANCO INMOTION system are matched up perfectly. They help to optimise the process flow in a cost-effective, quality-conscious and efficient way.

SAG 2-THK

The mobile, complete serving station for your ladling system.

The SAG 2-THK combines a heatable and a cooled compartment,
2 separate adjustable bain-marie wells and a heatable plate dispenser, the integrated ladle support, a hooded cover bracket and a GN lid receptacle – all in the smallest of spaces. A sneeze guard and heating shelf or a variant with less technology (without an active cooled compartment, without plate dispenser) is available additionally as an option.

  • With 2 heat-retaining wells for GN 1/1-200 and its subdivisions
  • Wells are individually heatable and adjustable from +30 °C to +90 °C
  • Wells can be heated wet or dry
  • Heatable compartment adjustable down to the degree from +30 °C to +85 °C
  • Convection-cooled compartment adjustable down to the degree from +2 °C to +15 °C
  • Heatable plate dispenser for approx. 35 plates, plate temperature +60 °C
